If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately at info@CharlestonCarry.com. Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed, and we are not able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Each purse is handmade to order and is unique, so it takes 1-2 weeks to ship your order.
You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped or if there is any delay beyond our normal shipping time.
What methods do you ship?
Almost all orders are shipped via USPS 2-3 Day Priority.
When will I receive my order?
You will receive your order typically within 2-3 weeks once your order is processed. You will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number via email when your order has shipped, so be sure to enter an accurate email at checkout.
Please remember that delivery time does not include weekends or holidays. You will be notified by email regarding any expected delays.
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact via phone and/or email if provided.
If no response is received, the customer will be charged 25% restocking fee for refused orders in addition to one-way freight charge. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will require an additional re-shipping charge.
